Welcome to TaskTribe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TaskTribe platform, including any websites, mobile applications, and other online services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Using TaskTribe
2.1 Who can use TaskTribe
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. By creating an account and using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
2.2 Registration and Account Security
When you register for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

By submitting User Content to the Services, you grant TaskTribe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with providing and improving the Services.
3.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit User Content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes any third party's intellectual property or other rights
- Contains malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
- Is offensive, abusive, harassing, or promotes discrimination
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive
- Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
4. Subscription and Payment
Some features of the Services may require a subscription. By subscribing to these features, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We may change our fees at any time, but will provide you with advance notice of any fee changes.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable. We may use a third-party payment processor to bill you through a payment account linked to your account.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Services. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that providing you with the Services poses an unacceptable risk to TaskTribe or other users.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL TASKTRIBE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide you with notice through the Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the changed Terms.
